HPV Register

For information about your HPV vaccination record or your daughter's HPV vaccination record.

Unless you indicate otherwise on your consent form, the HPV Register will record the details of everyone having the vaccine, and in the future link it to National Cervical Screening Program data. This is so the vaccine's effect on cervical cancer rates can be monitored.
